In the business people think you need to be tough, serious, smart, on the go and hustle. It’s really the opposite. One needs to be in tune to understand their customers.
Being intuitive has its advantages. It helps you understand your customer’s needs.
Charismatic people, leaders have a defining trait that comes from their ability to understand people, influence and see them. Everyone wants to be seen and hear.
It also has its disadvantages of being empathic. It is hard to negotiate, because you can see the others persons point of view. You can see their truth.
An empath with self-awareness and self-centeredness, you are a force of self-transformation in the world, but if you don’t have that you are a train wreck. The reason why is because you are easily effected by the environment.
Being empathic is a double edge sword. Like any gift it needs to be used with intent.
A good question to ask yourself is, “How can I be strong in my core?” BE a light in the world instead of being impacted by others energy. A morning routine establishes a stronger core self.
