How does abundance and relationships tie together? If we give up control we open ourselves up to love and with love there is always abundance.
Our sacral chakra is connected to our heart.
If we have grief, hurt, trauma in our relationships or from past relationships that energy is stored in the sacral chakra, which could be blocking our abundance and we may not even be aware of it.
Betrayal and anger are stored in the liver which is the area of the second chakra.
There is always need for forgiveness when betrayal, hurt or anger is involved.
Forgive yourself first and then others, then if we harmed someone else.
Balance our energy. It’s the key to heal the planet. We have both masculine and feminine energy. What are you doing to be creative, active and relaxing? Trust your intuition.
Give yourself permission to relax and not do everything.
We have to learn how to use our feminine energy to magnetize, be in the flow. Sit in your energy and bring in that Divine feminine energy.
Dancing opens up your lower chakra’s and helps you to be in your body.
