Loving relationships are our birthright. How to have that loving relationship you are desiring, one must become the person vibrationally that can receive that kind of love.

What type of person are you attracting? Did you know that in some way you are creating the type of person that is appearing?

If you have a broken heart the key is to forgive the past and open your heart up for love again. It’s about healing all your wounds. Step 1 one has to be willing to open your heart. When your heart is closed you aren’t expressing joy and happiness. Step 2 ask your heart what you need to do to open your heart and heal. Step 3 start showing yourself kindness, respect and loving yourself.

A lot of us carry around shame. If you have shame, then your lower chakra gets blocked. On top of that you have a broken heart. Now your heart is blocked too. Clear both the root and heart brings forth of more abundance, self-worth and self-love. We will attract more of an amazing partner because we have more self-worth. You will attract more business and over all be happier in life.

Let’s say a single woman needs to practice loving themselves more. What steps does she take? Words are empowering, so say to yourself what you long to hear from a partner. Put your hand on your heart and say “I love you.”
