 The feelings of gratefulness helps you to flourish.

Flourish is a Greek term, Aristotle came up with. He said it was an activity of our souls. It’s an activity that moves us towards our end.

In difficulty is hard to remember to be grateful.

The problem with evil course she teaches. If God is all loving and good why does evil happen? It’s how we deal with it. It’s the way we respond to it.

When are you done wallowing in your problem? Make the decision to change.

If you can change it. Do it, if you can’t that just shut up about it.

You have free will to change your story.

Turn your muckiness around to abundance. Acknowledge the yucky, by telling yourself I’m in this bad place, then find one thing that makes you feel better.

Journal what you are grateful for. Do it for one week, then review what you wrote. It helps you to see that everything isn’t bad.

You can make your own choices and turn it all around.

We have free will and choice. We can stay in the yuck or climb out of it.

Divine feminine we can tap into or not. Open her heart to tap into it and feel love come in.

If you’re in your head you are out of the divine feminine

Stop trying to prove yourself and just be who you are.

Figure out who you are and show up as you are = divine feminine is our power. I am capable.
